Transitioning a loved one into aged care is never easy. Making a choice, and deciding how to fund that long term, can be overwhelming. Legislation and entitlements for support can be complicated and change regularly, and it’s sometimes hard to know your options.
As a family owned business, we promise you’ll receive personalised advice in easy to understand language, to help make those tough decisions with confidence and certainty.

Our Service
STEP 1
Once you have made contact with one of our friendly staff, we’ll organise a time to meet, usually within 4 business days. If you need urgent advice, we will prioritise your appointment.
STEP 2
In South East Queensland, we’ll meet at the location most convenient for you at no extra cost, whether that’s at home, hospital or in a care facility. Alternatively we can meet via phone or video conference.
STEP 3
During the meeting, you’ll receive comprehensive financial strategies then and there. Our advisers will guide you in understanding the funding options available for aged care. We are experts in the legislation and support available from Centrelink and the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), which means our clients achieve the best living arrangements possible.
STEP 4
Aged care comes with a lot of paperwork and red tape. Our Centrelink and DVA specialists will guide you through the process, completing the required aged care entry forms to ease any stress or confusion at no extra cost.
STEP 5
Within 4 business days of our meeting, we’ll provide a formal written statement of advice that covers the options and advice discussed during our meeting with a clear path of next steps to move forward with your chosen aged care facility.

$2,420 including GST
Couple both entering care
$3,300 including GST
